When Does Support End for PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9?

Ending date of support for PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9: 

1. Updates, Fixes, Security Alerts, and Upgrade Scripts: December 2009 
2. Tax, Legal, and Regulatory: December 2010 
3. Extended Support: December 2012 
4. Sustaining Support: Indefinite 

UPDATE:
There was a recent announcement from Oracle that Extended Support fees would be waived for the PeopleSoft Enterprise 8.9 releases through June 2011. Therefore all updates (including Tax updates) will continue to be delivered until June 2011 free of charge. For more details about this announcement, please see the link below:
